Shipping Update

Please note.

All order Placed will be delayed from the 22nd Of December 2022 up until 9th of January 2023.. Please bear with us during this time. Thank you and Happy Holidays! 😀

All online purchases will be delivered to your specified address through an appointed courier service.

All online purchases will carry a courier fee as determined at checkout, provided the address and postal code is within our designated service delivery areas.

To ensure correct delivery, a physical street address and accurate corresponding postal code must be provided as the delivery address at checkout. Once your order and payment is received your delivery address and postal code will be verified and additional delivery fees will be applied if necessary. Should this occur you will be contacted and your order held until additional payment is received.

Please note; you also have an option to collect at our showroom workshop. YOu have to select this option at checkout. 

All online purchases will be dispatched after your physical address and postal code has been verified and your full payment received.

Should we not have sufficient stock at the time of your online purchase please contact us on info@curtainworld.online and we will advise if further stock can be supplied.

Please allow for up to 5 working days for delivery to your specified physical address.

Refund & Returns Policy

Returns and full 100% refund will be considered if:

  • the goods is considered a ready-made item (not customised or altered item). 
  • reported within 7 days of the goods being received
  • the product has not been used or altered
  • the product has not been washed, soiled or damaged
  • the product is still in the original packaging

We reserve the right to inspect any returned item prior to replacement or refund.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods please contact us immediately and we will arrange to uplift the goods, free of charge. Please ensure you take photos of the damaged goods upon receiving and package opening.  Please notify us in writing (via email) within 7 days by emailing us on mushfeeqah@curtainworld.online & returning to the following address.

Once recieved, we wil inspect and contact you for further information and agreement of the refund.
